Just in case you think celebrities have naturally flawless bodies, we’ve got news for you: everybody has to work hard to get a tight toosh. Just ask Rihanna, who exercises until the wee hours of the morning! RiRi’s trainer, Harley Pasternak, has placed her on a strict exercise regimen and she manages to accommodate the schedule every day, even if it means doing so at unsociable hours.
“Rihanna looks amazing right now. I’ve put her on a special 25-minute-a-day workout that consists of five mini workouts. She does it five days a week, wherever she is in the world,” Harley said. “One of my trainers travels with her to ensure she does it, but as it only takes 25 minutes and can be done anywhere, it’s easy for her to fit around her busy schedule and even her holidays.”
Her other trainer, Ary Nunez, told Grazia magazine, “We train when she’s ready. Even if we’re on the road and it’s 2a.m., I’m on call 24/7 with her.”
In addition to her exercise plan, Harley advises Rihanna to eat regularly throughout the day. “She eats five small meals and snacks a day. These are made up of healthy carbs, like vegetables and fruit, healthy fats, like nuts or avocado, low-fat protein, whole grains and sugar-free drink like green tea or Vitamin Water,” Harley said. “One day a week she has a cheat day and can eat and drink anything she wants. Beer, chocolate, it doesn’t matter. I just ask her not to tell me because I don’t want to know!”
