  • For this vitamin-rich face mask you'll need:  1/4 cup yogurt A quarter banana 1 tablespoon Manuka honey 2 tablespoons wheat germ Pinch of chopped mint Juice of 1/2 lemon A couple handfuls of various berries (about 10 raspberries, 10 blueberries, 5 strawberries sliced) A few dried lavender flowers and a couple drops lavender essential oil, optional Toss all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Hand mix (and mash) everything together for about a minute, or use a food processor. The consistency should be creamy but not too runny. Apply the mixture to your already-cleansed face, using a synthetic brush to keep the mess factor to a minimum. Let it set for 30 minutes — you’ll feel the mask start to tighten a bit before you take it off.
