Sarah Michelle Gellar’s rolled-up ‘do shows off pretty plaits on both sides.
Step 1: Take a two-inch section of dry hair on one side and divide into three sub-sections. Create one stitch of a classic three-strand braid.
Step 2: Pick up a small piece of hair from just outside of the braid on each side and add to the closest original section on both sides as you complete another stitch. Continue braiding diagonally back along the side of your head until you reach the back.
Step 3: Repeat on the other side and pin the ends back. Gather length in back and roll it up horizontally, pinning securely into place.
