Rumer Willis (Sep 3rd, 2009)
Smooth, side-swept bangs and a side-part top off Rumer Willis’ polished updo.
Step 1: Combine a nickel-size amount of styling lotion with a few drops of shine serum and apply onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections with a round brush while turning the brush several times to add subtle roundness to the length.
Step 2: Leave your smooth, side-parted bangs out in front and gather your length in back. Twist the length until your hair buckles upon itself to form a bun. Tuck the ends in and pin the bun securely into place against the back of your head.
Step 3: Lock in your style by misting it with hairspray.
