Tight waves and slightly bodified roots give Rosemarie Dewitt’s shoulder-grazing hairstyle a soft, touchable texture.
Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair. Blow dry two-inch sections using a large round brush to lift slightly at the root for volume.
Step 2: Spritz a one-inch section with styling spray. Starting about five inches away from your scalp, wrap the section tightly around a medium curling iron. Hold for a few seconds to set the curl and release. Repeat while alternating curl direction until all hair is wavy.
Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up sections and coax fullness. Create a side-part and then mist with hairspray to finish.
