Betsey Johnson isn’t the only designer getting in on the nail polish frenzy. Alexander Wang, Prabal Gurung, Oscar de la Renta, and Peter Som have all previewed collaborations with some of our favorite nail brands!
Peter Som for Zoya
Peter Som’s collaboration with Zoya was short lived. The three-piece collection was only available on zoya’s website the day of his NYFW runway show before selling out. The colors, Katherine (light pink), Audrey (deep eggplant) and Evvie (greenish gray), are so pretty. We hope they get a second chance to hit shelves!
Alexander Wang for Sally Hansen
This is Alexander Wang’s second season working with Sally Hansen. While his spring collection consisted of dark hues, he decided to go with creamy pastels for Fall. Bandage, a lovely nude, was donned on the runway while Ion, a light lavender, and Pumice, a greenish-gray, will appear for the first time in the collection.
Prabal Gurung for Sally Hansen
The edgiest polishes we saw this season, Prabal Gurung’s collection from Sally Hansen is a must-have! Onyx, Blue Rose and Gilded Lily all graced the runway while Ivory Skull is only exclusive to the line. We’re loving the contrast the white brings to the darker shades.
Oscar de la Renta
Although not a collaboration, we couldn’t leave out this designer’s first nail line! The three colors used in this week’s show (Red carnation, Aubergine, and Larimar) will be available to purchase in October.
